We provide verified doorstep automotive technician services, authorized official vehicle document processing (including FRSC, MVAA, VIO, and NAICOM renewals), a genuine automotive parts marketplace, and the BudAI automotive diagnostic assistant.

- Location Information: Precise or approximate location data to dispatch verified mobile mechanics to your doorstep and calculate delivery routes.
03How We Use Your Information
Your data is strictly utilized to operate and deliver Carbud services:
- Doorstep Technician Dispatch: Connecting you with vetted mechanics near you and facilitating on-site repairs and maintenance.
- Official Document Renewals: Interfacing with authorized statutory databases (Federal Road Safety Corps - FRSC, Motor Vehicle Administration Agency - MVAA, Vehicle Inspection Office - VIO, and Nigerian Insurance Industry Database - NIID / NAICOM) to legally process and courier authentic documents.
- Parts Marketplace: Matching replacement parts to your exact vehicle specifications to prevent counterfeit or incompatible purchases.
- BudAI Automotive Support: Providing tailored diagnostic suggestions and repair cost estimates based on your vehicle's make, year, and history.
- Workmanship Warranty: Administering our 30-day warranty on all completed technician jobs.

We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal data. Information is shared only with verified parties necessary to fulfill your requests:
- Assigned Technicians: Your name, phone number, vehicle details, and service location are shared with the specific verified technician booked for your job.
- Statutory Agencies: Document renewal data is transmitted directly to FRSC, MVAA, VIO, and accredited insurance underwriters for authentic processing.
- Logistics Partners: Delivery addresses and phone numbers are shared with accredited courier services to dispatch physical documents and auto parts to your door.
