Delete Your carbud Account

This page explains how carbud users can request account deletion and what happens to their data.

How to request deletion

1. Open carbud and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile, then open Help and Support.
3. Send a deletion request to support@carbud.xyz using the account email you want deleted.
4. Use the subject: Delete my carbud account.

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion directly by email: support@carbud.xyz

What data is deleted

• Account profile details (name, email, phone)
• Vehicle profile information
• Uploaded car documents and files
• In-app chats and activity history linked to your account

What may be retained

• Payment and transaction records required for accounting and legal compliance
• Security and fraud-prevention logs

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Retained compliance records are kept only for the legally required period and then removed.
